Every order is packed in our signature tamper-proof, cushioned packaging designed specifically for silver goods. Idols and fragile pieces receive additional protective wrapping to prevent damage in transit.
WhatsApp Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking update directly on WhatsApp. Our team is available Mon–Sat, 10am to 8:30pm to answer any queries about your shipment.
Insured Shipments
All orders above ₹5,000 are dispatched with transit insurance. In the rare event of damage or loss in transit, we will replace or refund your order at no extra cost.
